2. Wall Units can be reinforced between your properties at a base speed of 15.
3. Fixed some bugs regarding reviving and locations of reviving.
4. Each War Zone sector will have nine Level 20 Capitals added. Each Capital will be worth 3,000 War Zone Points (6,000 in Sectors 2, 5, and 8).
